Job Summary:Kamal Engineering is looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle client coordination, and ensure smooth production and sales processes. The candidate should have leadership skills and knowledge of small-scale machinery manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily factory operations and production planning
• Supervise workers and staff performance
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of machines
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Monitor quality control of machines
• Handle billing, basic accounts, and documentation
• Manage GeM portal orders and government tenders (if applicable)
• Maintain client relationships and after-sales service

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of machinery / manufacturing process
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Billing software)
• Knowledge of GeM portal is an advantage
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to manage team and meet targets
